Guarantee

All map originals or map prints executed by the artist Christopher Alan Smith are guaranteed to be free of defects due to faulty craftsmanship or materials for a period of 30 days from date of purchase. If flaws should appear during this period and be due to such causes, said work(s) shall be subject to repair or replacement, at the option of the artist. The purchaser is cautioned that the artist cannot be held responsible for fading, cracking, and other damage due to improper storage or display of said artwork or hazards of exposure to sunlight and weather. All works purchased are the copyright property of  Christopher Alan Smith (artist). The purchaser has the right to exhibit and to document for record keeping purposes and insurance, otherwise no reproduction of the work, in any form, may be made without written consent of the artist. The artist will assume responsibility for all expenses and insurance concerning transportation to and return of the works requested.

Returns/Exchanges

Returns and exchanges may be made within 30 days. A note should be included explaining the reason for the return. Please include your name, address, phone number or other contact information. Credits are made to the original method of payment only. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Exchanges may be made when we receive the item with your explanation and a payment method to cover reshipment charges.

Shipping and Handling

These charges cover the expense of shipping from Liberty Hill, Texas. They include shipping or postage fees, packaging, as well as handling and processing orders. We ship via Lonestar Overnight to a physical address in Texas and Federal Express to a physical address outside of Texas (no P.O. box). Our goal is to accurately deliver your order in a timely manner. If you would prefer to require a signature at time of delivery or to insure a package (both are available for an additional fee), please place your order by phone during business hours or by email at our contact page. Packages not requiring a signature may be left unattended. We are not responsible for theft of unattended deliveries. It is your responsibility to inspect your shipment upon receipt.
